1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arbeon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Arbeon is a cloud-based store management platform that provides scheduling, time tracking, task management, team communication, document collaboration, and customer appointment booking tools for businesses.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered under subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

5. Free Trial

New accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Your data will be preserved for 30 days after trial expiration.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. Arbeon does not claim ownership of your content. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end at the conclusion of your current billing period. You may export your data before termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbeon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
